Speaking from the perspective of Western society, we have lost our connection with food. Our produce comes with barcodes and we have no true idea the effect the ingredients in our favorite foods have on our bodies.
It is time for us to reclaim the energy infused in our food. Food is integral to sustaining a quality of life in alignment with wellness, prosperity, joy and peace.
Rebuilding our connection with food is a sure path to the liberation and sovereignty.

day 1 . FUEL UP
WELCOME DINNER & OPENING CEREMONY
As the group arrives and settles in, we will ground with a cooked dinner and welcoming ceremony, where we will set personal intentions and acknowledge the ancestors' of the land that will serve us.
Perfect time to relax and mentally prepare for the journey ahead.
day 2 . REAP WHAT YOU SOW
SUPER FOODS & SALADS
This day you will explore what is it like to be charged by superfoods and how to take your salad game to the next level by adding various food groups and alkaline dressings.
We will be hands-on at the local farm lands, plants seeds and pick our own produce.
day 3 . WHAT IS WATERED WILL GROW
LIQUID FASTING
This day we will work with the element of water. Collectively , we will consume only raw fruits juices and water all day. You will have on-site support and guidance while you challenge your self- discipline and will power.
We will excursion to a waterfall an activate and reconnect with the healing power of the waters that flow within us.
day 4 . GROUND & GROW
RAW FEASTING
This day we will focus on grounding and being present with what has come up during the journey. We will eat completely raw this day and indulge in grounding practices.

The Veganease Detox retreat is a destination retreat held in a rural, ital community in Jamaica, WI. approx. 30-45min from Norman Manley Airport (KIN). The dates are Jan. 3rd- Jan. 7th 2023. We will be staying at a private retreat center located near local farmlands and local beachfront.
** location subject to change depending on guidelines, accommodations, and number of attendees.
The only things NOT included in retreat enrollment are roundtrip flight and ground transportation to and from the airport and retreat center.
We ask that once your flight is book you provide us with arrival and departure times so we can ensure ease for our staff in preparing for your arrival.
The Veganease Detox Retreat is $3,333. A deposit of $699 is required to secure your spot. Although pay in full options are available, there are flexible payment arrangements that we will discuss on our connection call. After securing you deposit, feel free to make additional payments bi-weekly, weekly or monthly according to what works best for your budget.

Veganease, LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a retreat less than 60 days before departure except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of Veganease, LLC control.
Cancellation by participate. Please be sure you want to attend the retreat. Because we work with third party contractors, we cannot refund or transfer any deposits for our retreats. Please note there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early or flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. In order to protect yourself, purchasing travel insurance is advised.
Cancellation by Veganease, LLC. If trip is cancel we will notify you immediately and provide instructions for the next steps. In the case that cancellation is due to outside circumstance beyond our control, credits will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to vaccinations, medical testing, travel insurance or non-refundable flights.
